With the GeckoAdventure, you can get a taste of what the competitors of the Rainforest Challenge go through. We can give you an easy day trip in the jungle right through to the real RFC experience.

Four-wheel Driving & Recovery Courses

The GeckoAdventure offer Basic and Advanced Four-wheel Driving Courses to ensure that your first adventure into the jungle is one where you have confidence in your vehicle as well as your own capabilities.

Our Advanced Driving Course also incorporates Rescue & Recovery Techniques to ensure minimal damage to your vehicle.

Tagalong Trips

Want to experience the jungle but do not belong to a Four-wheel drive club? Want to get back into the wild but have nobody to go with?

We offer Tagalong tours where we lead and you follow. We can also customize trips to your requirements.

Four-wheel Drive

Don't own a four-wheel drive? Want to see if offroading is a sport for you? Have a four-wheel drive in your own country, want to experience Malaysia's Jungle from your vehicle but too expensive to bring it here? GeckoAdventure has vehicles available for you to experience the Malaysia jungle.

With GeckoAdventure vehicles, you also do not venture out on your own. We will lead the convoy and you will follow in our well-equipped and safe Toyota Landcruisers II's.

The Malaysian International Rainforest Challenge

Want a support vehicle for your competition truck during the 10-day competition? Or a Touring vehicle so that you can experience what the competitors go through?

Note: Firearms and hunting implements are prohibited on any GeckoAdventure trip. The only shooting allowed - even encouraged - is with a camera.

GeckoAdventure Support Vehicles

All GeckoAdventure Trips (Tagalong and Escorted) have a trip leader and sweep vehicle. All trip participants travel inside the envelope of these two vehicles.

The four support vehicles are a Landcruiser II LX Long Wheelbase Diesel 4WD, a Toyota Landcruiser 75 Series "Troopy", a Landcruiser II LX Long Wheelbase Auto Diesel and finally a x POLICE imposing Volvo C304 4x4. The four vehicles are a good compromise of weight verses flexibility for the terrain they need to cover in the Malaysian jungle. Our vehicles are equipped as follows:
